The Challenge
Our goal was to create a user-friendly mobile App that addresses the specific needs of truckers on the road. Understanding our target Persona Profile was crucial in tailoring the App to meet their requirements effectively. By striking a balance between technical innovation and user-centric design, we aimed to revolutionize how truckers resolve issues during their journeys.
Our Solution
Our team embarked on a thorough and collaborative process to devise a robust solution for this mobile App project. We began by conducting in-depth research, analyzing the challenges faced by truckers during their journeys. This involved gathering insights from two truck drivers and a mechanic and studying industry data and trends.
Studying truck manuals and paperwork, our designers grasped the process intricately. Based on this knowledge, we formulated initial requirements, user flows, and crucial questions. These questions paved the way for two vital documents: one for the experts and another for the project requirements. Valuable feedback from the experts after our first interview guided us further in the development process.

We meticulously defined the target Persona Profile, identifying their pain points and requirements. This allowed us to comprehensively understand their needs, enabling us to design a solution that precisely caters to their preferences.

We streamlined feedback from LUMA and Subject Matter Experts (SME) by channeling it into a comprehensive requirements document. This document served as a central reference point, guiding our development and auditing prototypes. It also played a crucial role in crafting our testing plan, ensuring a user-friendly and impactful mobile App for truckers.

First Prototype
With valuable insights, data, and a comprehensive requirements document, we developed the first App prototype. It integrated user feedback and our expertise in UI/UX design, utilizing Google Material UI for a polished interface.
